First Saturday of the month, FREE 5km River Fun Run This Saturday morning at 7:00AM we head back to the lawns opposite Todd Tavern. We'd love to have you for the new monthly "first Saturday of the month 5k".

Come join in the fun of the ASRWC's longest-running event, the INTERSPORT Run/Walk  This year the event is a single round, one morning only. Choose to participate in either the 2km or 4km distance.

5km Run/Walk Series

This Series consists of 3 events on 3 consecutive Sundays beginning this coming Sunday 14th November. Each event will start at 6.00am on the Telegraph Station lawns, and each will be run over a different course. These events are open to all runners and walkers - members and non-members.
