There are two distances for this event - 5km and 10km. Both distances will have a walk and a run section. The course will be an out-and-back 5km loop which means those in the 10km distance will run two loops.

The event will be timed so everyone will wear a bib with the timing chip attached. Non-members must return the bib at the end of the event. The time limit for the event is 90 minutes. 

This event will be conducted according to the Covid-19 guidelines for which the club has been approved. So all competitors will need to bring their own water bottles. ASRWC will not be supplying water cups for drinking. 10km runners and walkers will be able to access their water bottles at the end of the first loop.

Entry for U18 Members is free. So after you complete the registration process,  you will not have to buy a ticket for this event.
